Sanicat Essential Oils uses oils derived from plants and herbs for natural, long-lasting odour control. The mineral litter also forms firm clumps, making it easier to remove used litter and keep the tray clean.

Sanicat Essential Oils is an ultra-clumping mineral cat litter. It forms solid clumps when it comes into contact with liquid. This page covers the Sanicat Essential Oils range, rather than every type of litter made by Sanicat.

Sanicat Essential Oils has a bentonite mineral base and uses essential oils derived from plants and herbs for odour control. “Plant-powered” describes the odour-control approach; it does not mean the whole litter is made from plants.

The litter forms firm clumps that you can scoop out with the used material, instead of emptying the whole tray each time. Remove clumps and faeces regularly, then top up with fresh litter as directed on your pack.

Sanicat Essential Oils is designed to provide long-lasting odour control with regular care. Follow the instructions and any duration claim on your specific pack: remove used clumps, top up the litter and replace the contents when they are used up or no longer hygienic. A hygiene claim does not mean leaving the tray untouched.

Yes. The Unscented options offer natural odour control without added perfume. You can choose White Unscented or Cream Unscented in the UK range shown on this page.
